Recently, an academic paper titled “Photoinduced Floquet mixed-Weyl semimetallic phase in a carbon allotrope” was published online and recommended as “Rapid Communication” in "Physical Review B" with Deng Tingwei, an undergraduate of College of Physics in class of 2020, as the first author. "Physical Review B" is an international authoritative journal on condensed matter physics sponsored by American Physical Society, which is one of the 82 journals designated by Nature Index.
Deng Tingwei joined the Associate Professor Wang Rui’s research group in his junior summer vacation. Under the guidance of Wang Rui, he completed the theoretical calculations in this paper during his senior year. Wang Rui is the corresponding author, and Chongqing University is the first and corresponding institution of this paper.
