个人简介:

博士毕业于北京大学(导师为刘开辉教授)。主要从事低维量子材料的前沿研究,围绕“后摩尔时代”芯片材料面临的重大科学挑战,在低维材料晶圆制备、新型外延机制及集成器件应用等方面取得系统性创新成果,包括:提出了“晶格传质、界面外延”晶圆级菱方相叠层单晶的新机制,为实现芯片级电子电路和非线性光学器件开辟了有效的路径;发展了全新的“固--固”二维半导体晶圆制备策略,性能超越英特尔3 nm Si晶体管制造技术,为先进制程芯片研发开辟了新方向;开发了超薄二维材料的普适低温合成策略,实现了与芯片前后端工艺兼容性的制备

近年来,通讯或第一(含共一)作者身份在Science2篇)、Nature Communications3篇)Chemical ReviewsAdvanced Science等顶级期刊发表多篇学术论文两篇入选ESI高被引论文,一篇入选Editors’ suggestion。申请国家发明专利3项、PCT国际专利1项。研究成果多次被《人民日报》《新华社》《光明日报》等多家央媒聚焦报道,入选“中国半导体十大研究进展”、“中关村论坛重大成果”、“原子制造十大重大事件”等。
