一、基本信息和研究领域
熊稳，男，1982年9月出生。长期从事低维半导体中的电子结构、激子态和稀磁半导体物理方面的理论研究。主要包含：III-V和II-VI族半导体量子点和量子线中的有效质量和经验赝势理论(Effective-mass and Empirical pseudopotential theory)，密度泛函理论(Density functional theory)等等。另外，近期还从事新型二维半导体材料及其异质结的光电特性理论研究。联系方式：wenxiong@cqu.edu.cn。
