报告摘要:Two-dimensional coherent spectroscopy(2DCS) is a promising spectroscopy technique that measures the specific nonlinear responses of materials.2DCS contains multiple time variables, thus offering more information compared to linear spectroscopy, While this technique has been proved useful in few-body systems, it is still unclear whether the same holds true in strongly-correlated systems. In this talk, I will introduce our attempt to understanding the 2DCS of strongly-correlated electrons, First, I will provide a brief overview of 2DCS. Next, I will demonstrate how the 2DCS resolves the spectrum continuum in Tomonagauttinger spin liquid, establishing it as a powerful probe for fractional excitations. Finally, I will show that the 2DCS of polarized spin systems can be evaluated by utilizing semiclassical framework,and discuss the features therein.
报告人介绍:Zi-Long Li received his B.S. in physics from Nankai university in 2018 and earned his Ph.D. from Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2024. His current interests span nonlinear spectroscopy theory, higher dimensional bosonization, and non-equilibrium phase transitions.
