报告摘要:At low temperature and in magnetic field, high quality 2D electron system(2DES)shows rich phases demonstrating various behaviors.Among these phases,the Winger crystal(WC)is one of the earliest predicted many-body phases of an interacting electron system: it is expected to be a periodic array of electrons with long-range order, when the electron Coulomb repulsion energy dominates over the kinetic energy. In this report,I would like to introduce my works on exploring the properties of wC phase of 2DES in GaAs quantum well,including probing the lattice structure of WC with another many-body phase of 2DES, and a new method to precisely map out the WC phase diagram.
报告人介绍:邓昊,北京大学理学学士,普林斯顿大学博士,阿里巴巴达摩院量子实验室(AQL)量子科学家,北京大学量子材料科学中心访问学者。博士期间,主攻二维电子系统量子霍尔效应。AQL期间,领导团队开展超导量子电路退相干机理和精密计量学研究。研究兴趣:量子霍尔效应,二维系统多体量子态及相变,电路量子电动力学,二维系统-电路量子电动力学系统混合体系等。
