报告摘要:All-electrical quantum manipulation ofthe spin degree of freedom of electrons and/or magnetic ions is a central issue in the fields of spintronics and quantum information processing. In this talk, I will review the research progress of the itinerant electron-mediated indirect exchange interaction (i.e., the RKKY interaction) between magnetic impurities in graphene and then report our study of the RKKY interaction in graphene PN junctions and the quantum Monte Carlo study of the electrically tunable spin lattices via RKKY interaction in graphene.
