Basic information.

Fang was a postdoctoral fellow at Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan from 2001 to 2003, and has visited universities such as University of Toronto, McMaster University, Columbia University, Canada, Osaka University, Chiba University, Kyushu University, Japan, National University of Singapore, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, City University of Hong Kong, and other research institutions such as National Institute for Materials Research, Japan, and A*Star, Singapore.

Mainly engaged in semiconductor light research direction: bright, solar cells, thermoelectric materials and other energy-related optoelectronic nanofilms preparation, performance and application of basic research.


Research achievements.

Fang has undertaken more than 30 scientific research projects, among which he is responsible for 4 National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2 main research projects; he is responsible for more than 10 provincial and ministerial level projects and nearly 10 horizontal projects; he has published more than 160 papers in Nano Lett. More than 160 papers have been published in journals such as Nano Lett.
