报告摘要：In this talk I will attempt to address the outstanding problem, unifying
framework for nonequilibruim processes, positively.
This important problem had been attempted by many known scientists, such as
Prigogine and his school, as well as mathematicians.
Historical background, current progress, and some important and new
applications will be discusssed within the new framework of Darwinian
dynamics.
The key in such approach is a new structure in stochastic processes leading
to the existence of Hamiltonian, which will be explained in detail.
